Job Description

Avantara Mountain View is rapidly growing and seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a friendly, caring, and supportive team. The position is designed for those who want to work exclusively on weekends, offering flexibility to have weekdays free. CNAs will work day shifts within the hours of 6 a.m.‑6 p.m. on Friday through Sunday, with options for 8‑, 12‑, or 16‑hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Provide education and support to residents as needed.
• Collaborate with the clinical department to ensure high‑standard care.

Requirements

• Unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate from the State of Avantara Mountain View, or a certificate of completion from a State of South Dakota accredited CNA training program.
• Prior CNA experience is preferred, but the employer is willing to invest in the right candidate.
• Ability to work day‑shift weekends (Friday‑Sunday) within the 6 a.m.–6 p.m. window.

Pay

Hourly pay rate: newly increased pay rates. Same‑day pay is provided.

Schedule

Weekend‑only position (Friday‑Sunday). Available shift lengths are 8, 12, or 16 hours, all within day‑shift hours of 6 a.m.‑6 p.m.
