Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Weekend Stylist to join our dynamic team! As a Weekend Stylist, you will deliver exceptional hair styling services tailored to children and families, ensuring a fun and memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair services including cuts, and styling.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety according to salon protocols.
• Use salon software like Zenoti to schedule appointments, check-in clients, and manage retail sales efficiently.
• Provide expert advice on hair care, product recommendations, and upselling retail items to enhance client satisfaction.
• Aid with front desk duties such as greeting clients, managing wait times, and ensuring smooth salon operations.
• Mentor new team members and support ongoing training in techniques.
• Foster positive communication with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized styling experiences.

Experience

• Proven experience in hair styling, barbering, or cosmetology with knowledge of color theory and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with salon software systems such as Zenoti or similar platforms.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell retail products confidently.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Previous store management or front desk experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to work weekends consistently while maintaining a lively, positive attitude.

Pay

$17.00 - $40.00 per hour
