Weekend SOC Security Officer

About the role

Control Room Supervisor position responsible for overseeing Security Officers and other company personnel at client sites. Essential functions include ensuring post orders are followed, completing rounds, filing reports, notifying authorities in emergencies, coaching and disciplining personnel, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other company personnel
• Notify authorities and clients in emergency situations
• Coach and discipline personnel as appropriate
• Train Security Officers and other personnel
• Prepare, file, and submit reports as required
• Inspect posts and meet with subordinates
• Meet with client representatives
• Perform supervisory duties as per company policies and procedures
• May perform duties of a Security Officer

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred
