Weekend Sign Installer - Marietta, SC
Artisan Direct is seeking an independent contractor to place and pick up temporary weekend signs in the Marietta, SC area at the Pointe Summit community.
Responsibilities
- Use Artisan Direct's mobile application to report installation and pickup of signs at specific locations
- Install signs every weekend between Friday 5:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM
- Pick up the same signs between Sunday 6:00 PM and Monday 8:00 AM
- Store signs and extra stakes safely during the week
- Submit a weekly invoice and order replacement inventory after completing pickup
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- 18+ years old
- Reliable vehicle with enough space to transport 30+ signs
- A smartphone (Android or iPhone), roughly four years old or newer, capable of running our mobile app
- Ability to lift and place signs and work outdoors
- Ability to hammer stakes 6–8 inches into the ground during the first weekend only
- Dependable and able to complete routes within the required time windows each weekend
Pay
- Starting compensation is $82.50 per weekend
- Pay is issued via direct deposit every two weeks
- $20.00 signing bonus
- $100.00 bonus after 4 weeks of completed work
Schedule
- Install signs between Friday 5:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM
- Pick up signs between Sunday 6:00 PM and Monday 8:00 AM
Additional Information
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own fuel, expenses, taxes, and insurance. Artisan Direct provides the signs and stakes, including replacement inventory as needed. The signs are lightweight corrugated plastic installed on wooden stakes.
The starting pay reflects current work available in this location. Additional work may be offered as it becomes available, increasing earnings potential. This role is ideal for delivery and rideshare drivers, couriers, retirees, veterans, or anyone seeking flexible supplemental income. The work is straightforward, independent, and recurring each weekend.
