Weekend Sign Installer - Dover, DE

About the role

Artisan Direct is seeking an independent contractor to place and pick up temporary weekend signs in the Dover, DE area (Brookfield community). The work is recurring each weekend: signs must be installed between Friday at 5:00 PM and Saturday at 10:00 AM, and picked up between Sunday at 6:00 PM and Monday at 8:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Use Artisan Direct’s mobile application to report installation and pickup of signs at specific locations
• Install signs every weekend between Friday 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM
• Pick up the same signs between Sunday 6 PM and Monday 8 AM
• Store signs and extra stakes safely during the week
• Submit a weekly invoice and order replacement inventory after completing pickup

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• 18+ years old
• Reliable vehicle with enough space to transport 30+ signs
• Smartphone (Android or iPhone), roughly four years old or newer, capable of running our mobile app
• Ability to lift and place signs and work outdoors
• Ability to hammer stakes 6–8 inches into the ground (first weekend only)
• Dependable and able to complete routes within the required time windows each weekend

Pay

• Starting compensation: $88 per weekend
• Pay issued via direct deposit every two weeks
• $20 signing bonus
• $100 bonus after 4 weeks of completed work

Additional Information

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own fuel, expenses, taxes, and insurance. The role is ideal for delivery and rideshare drivers, couriers, retirees, veterans, or anyone seeking flexible supplemental income. As more work becomes available, additional routes may be offered to increase earnings.
