About the Role: As a Weekend Shift Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care services to our clients. This may include bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily living activities. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to ensure their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities: Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, games, and outingsAssist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundryOffer personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and groomingAssist with daily living activities, such as medication management and mobility assistanceMaintain accurate records of client care and services providedDevelop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and families Requirements: Weekend Shift Caregiver experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers and mobilityReliable transportation and valid driver's license (if necessary)Ability to pass a background check and possess a valid IDCompassionate and patient approach to caring for seniors and vulnerable adults Why Work for Right at Home Ann Arbor?
