As a Weekend Senior Sales Expert at 2nd Swing, you’ll use your in-depth golf experience and equipment knowledge to help guests find the right clubs, understand our selection, and feel confident in their golf game. This role is ideal for someone who has extensive experience and is passionate about the game. You’ll engage with customers on the sales floor, provide informed recommendations, and create a welcoming, high-quality customer experience. A background in golf, strong product knowledge, and ability to connect with players at every skill level will make you a trusted resource for our weekend customers. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Use your golf expertise to assist customers in finding the right clubs and equipment
• Provide informed recommendations based on customer needs and skill levels
• Create a welcoming and high-quality customer experience
• Engage with customers on the sales floor

Requirements

• 10+ years of extensive experience in golf sales or fitting
• A dedication to creating exceptional customer experiences
• A passion for golf
• Weekend availability
• Minimum of 3 years of golf sales experience
• Active experience playing golf, with a strong understanding of clubs, specifications, shaft profiles, ball flight characteristics, and technology used in modern equipment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends
