• Sanitize and maintain production areas as per OSHA regulations.
• Perform general pick-up and cleaning tasks.
• Inspect and replace full baskets in drains.
• Conduct titration and other scheduled cleanings.

Able to adhere to a strict attendance policy, detail-oriented, and possess good organizational skills.

Understand the use and types of chemicals, sanitizing steps, and inspecting procedures.

Must have basic knowledge in equipment care and maintenance, and be able to work independently and under stress.

Communicate effectively, work independently and with others, and follow all food safety policies and safety procedures.
