About the Role
The primary purpose of your job is to assess residents' needs, develop an individualized care plan, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. You will ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times and follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer and evaluate nursing care in a SNF setting.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in delivering nursing care.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
- Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies.
- Adhere to established standards of practice and community Nursing Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate electronic health record software.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Pay
$46.00 - $47.00 per hour.
Schedule
Part-Time Opportunities Available
