Weekend RN Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee resident care and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assigning nursing staff and managing resident care requirements
• Providing support to residents and families to foster a compassionate environment
• Responding to questions and requests from residents and staff
• Maintaining a safe, clean working environment by enforcing regulations
• Monitoring confidential information to ensure resident confidence
• Documenting resident care services accurately
• Promoting teamwork among healthcare staff

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
