Weekend RN Supervisor

About the role

A.G. Rhodes is seeking a Part-time RN Weekend Supervisor for their Cobb Community. The position requires an RN license and offers a sign-on bonus of $2,000.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the care of residents in a skilled nursing environment
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans
• Provide direct patient care as needed
• Lead and mentor a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing, Georgia or Multistate license required
• 2 years of experience in LTC/skilled nursing community required
• 1 year of experience in Supervisory/Management role
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Strong team work and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and foster team work with fellow RN, LPN, and CNA care partners
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred)
• Strong organization and time management skills

$20 per hour

Schedule

Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) 7pm to 7am
