Weekend Retail Assistant

About the Role

Support store operations, customer service, and maintain a Christ-centered environment as a Weekend Assistant Retail Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily retail activities including cash handling, sales reconciliation, and bank deposits
• Ensure store appearance, safety, and cleanliness
• Train and supervise staff to ensure policy compliance
• Set up displays and resolve customer issues
• Participate in training and meetings

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of retail management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, cash register operation, and general office equipment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpretative skills

Physical & Environmental Demands

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform light to moderate physical activities
• Work in a well-lit, climate-controlled environment
• Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
