About the Role
Support store operations, customer service, and maintain a Christ-centered environment as a Weekend Assistant Retail Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily retail activities including cash handling, sales reconciliation, and bank deposits
- Ensure store appearance, safety, and cleanliness
- Train and supervise staff to ensure policy compliance
- Set up displays and resolve customer issues
- Participate in training and meetings
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of retail management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, cash register operation, and general office equipment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpretative skills
Physical & Environmental Demands
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 pounds and perform light to moderate physical activities
- Work in a well-lit, climate-controlled environment
- Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
