Weekend Production Supervisor (Welding)

About the role

Manage daily production activities for approximately 15 reports, in relation to fabrication, welding and potentially painting parts for heavy equipment. This includes laying out daily production requirements, and monitoring quality while ensuring a safe work environment.

Schedule

Friday - Sunday, 12-hour shifts

Requirements

• Previous verifiable experience (3 to 5 years minimum) in Manufacturing Management (Plant Manager, Supervisor, Foreman, etc.)
• Ability to meet requirements regarding work safety and adhere to all federal, state, and company policies and procedures governing safe work practices and vehicle operations
• Sense of urgency, individual responsibility, and ability to effectively work with changing priorities
• High ethical standards and ability to function as a team player
• Self-starter with a high level of initiative
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Previous experience with welding and fabrication is preferred
• Stable work history
• Coaching mentality and a desire to help people improve performance
