Requirements

• Active PCA, CNA, or NA certification is required to apply.
• Applicants must provide a hard copy or digital copy of their certificate/license on or before the interview.
• Valid PCA, CNA, or NA certification (Required – No Exceptions)
• Able to provide a hard or digital copy of the certificate/license
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, meals)
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep
• Offer medication reminders and mobility assistance
• Provide safe transportation for errands or appointments (if needed)
• Use dementia-safe care techniques — we’ll train you

• $16.00 – $18.50 per hour, based on credentials.
