About the Role

What You'll Do

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, meals)
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep
• Offer medication reminders and mobility assistance
• Provide safe transportation for errands or appointments (if needed)
• Use dementia-safe care techniques — we'll train you

Requirements

• Valid PCA, CNA, or NA certification (Required – No Exceptions)
• Ability to provide a hard or digital copy of the certificate/license on or before the interview
• A caring, dependable, and professional attitude
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must pass a background check

Pay

• $16.00 – $18.50 per hour, based on credentials
• Complete your required training and earn an extra $0.50/hr
• Weekly pay – every Friday
