About the role
As a Patient Safety Associate at Main Line Health, you will provide 1:1 care and monitoring to patients who require suicide precautions or close observation. If no patients require 1:1 observation at the start of your shift, you will be reassigned to assist the Transport and/or Environmental Services Department. Your role is critical in maintaining a safe environment for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 care and monitoring for patients on suicide precautions or requiring close observation.
- Assist the Transport and/or Environmental Services Department when no 1:1 observation is needed.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- BLS certification, or ability to obtain within the first 30 days of hire.
- Related healthcare experience preferred.
