About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements.
  • Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide status updates to senior leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in software development or project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile practices.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

Pay

$80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule
