About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements.
- Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide status updates to senior leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in software development or project management.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Skills
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile practices.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
