Responsibilities
- Report to the Director of Nursing
- Ensure consistent care delivery aligned with Genesis HealthCare’s mission, vision, values, and policies
- Achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family and employee satisfaction
- Maintain skills by providing direct patient care
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals
- Coach, mentor, educate, and discipline nursing team members
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Associate Degree in Nursing, 3 years of nursing experience
- Diploma, 3 years of nursing experience
- BSN, 2 years nursing experience
- Successful nurse leadership experience for a minimum of one year
- Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the Center's state
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification
Pay
USD $49.00 - USD $50.50 /Hr.
