Weekend Nurse Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse Unit Manager -RN Supervisor and a Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Supervisor to join our outstanding healthcare team!

Responsibilities

• Put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care.
• Deliver a full range of nursing care in accordance with guidelines and regulations.
• Complete initial, comprehensive, and ongoing assessments of residents to determine medical needs.
• Write, initiate, and revise the plan of care, as needed.
• Initiate and deliver appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Complete, maintain, and submit accurate clinical notes regarding condition and care given.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Requirements

• RN License and experience based $56-$60 per hour + Hiring Bonus: $3500
• LPN License and experience based $47-$51 per hour + Hiring Bonus: $3500
• Full Time Now Hiring for Our Weekend Supervisor Role- Saturday and Sunday 6:30AM-10:30PM

Qualifications

• Must have RN or LPN with current licensure to practice in the state.
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure the quality of care standards for residents.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Behavioral care / memory care experience.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
