Seacoast Rehab & Nursing Center is currently seeking a Every Other Weekend Nurse Supervisor! Located in Gloucester, we are a short and easy commute away from Salem, Peabody, Lynn, Essex, and Danvers. We are focused on one goal: providing an exceptional experience for our residents and staff. Come join our team!

Requirements

• Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN MA State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred
• Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
• Supervise nurses and CNAs
• Manage staffing changes
• Support family inquiries and screen visitors
• Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions
• Ensure high-quality resident/patient care
• Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
