About the role

We are seeking a skilled MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our team in a customer-focused manufacturing environment. The role requires producing high-quality welds efficiently while meeting customer specifications and ensuring parts are correctly fabricated according to blueprints and welding symbols. Requirements

• At least one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience
• Proficiency in reading blueprints
• Comfort with various weld positions such as flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency
• Ability to work in Olathe, KS, and willingness to relocate if necessary
