About the role
We are seeking a skilled MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our team in a customer-focused manufacturing environment. The role involves producing high-quality welds efficiently, interpreting blueprints and welding symbols, and ensuring materials meet specifications.
Responsibilities
- Performing first-piece checks
- Maintaining production records
- Organizing work for timely completion
- Producing high-quality welds efficiently

Requirements
- At least one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience
- Proficiency in flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Olathe, KS
- Full-time, in‑person position
