About the role

The Process Operator III assists the Dip room operator with the aluminum dip braze process during weekend shift operations, maintains production equipment, and reviews data to ensure product quality. Multiple positions are available in areas such as Assembly, Dip Room Assistant, Benching, Body Fill, Chemical Clean Room, and Welding. Responsibilities

• Assist the Dip room operator with the aluminum dip braze process during weekend shift operations.
• Support production flow by moving parts through the line efficiently to meet weekend shift targets.
• Prepare materials for processing by sandblasting baskets and racks for production readiness.
• Learn to operate equipment such as Positech hoists and FANUC robots under supervision and training.
• Help ensure all parts meet quality standards and production goals before shift completion.
• Follow strict safety protocols and consistently wear required PPE (face shield, gloves, apron, etc.).
• Participate in training, shift briefings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of responsibility.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working around heat and chemicals (training and safety gear provided).
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work evening hours consistently.
