Patient is a 24 year old male with a G-tube and a Trach. Non-mobile/non-verbal; total assist for ADLs. Transfers require a Hoyer lift or two-person assist. He's fun-loving, enjoys comedy and football, and thrives in a busy home with a large family and pets (cats & dogs).

Requirements
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
