About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct, quality clinical care to residents and supervises nursing assistants within a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assessing residents’ physical and emotional status daily and notifying appropriate medical staff of changes.
• Responding to emergencies and initiating lifesaving measures when necessary.
• Delivering holistic care within the scope of LPN licensure.
• Monitoring medication, medical supplies, and equipment inventory.
• Completing medical documentation, reports, and evaluations.
• Reporting occupational exposures according to facility policies.

Qualifications

• Valid state LPN license.
• CPR certification.

Schedule

Working a minimum of two weekend shifts, with additional shift differentials for evening or night hours.
