FirstLight Home Care of Naperville is looking for compassionate and dependable Weekend In-Home Caregivers to join their team for morning shifts in the Naperville, IL area. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing during morning routines
- Prepare and serve breakfast and morning meals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their home
- Aid with light housekeeping duties such as tidying, laundry, and dishes
- Help clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Administer medication reminders and monitor client well-being
Requirements
- Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care aide experience required
- Availability to work weekend morning shifts consistently
- Genuine compassion, patience, and reliability when working with elderly or disabled clients
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans
- CNA, HHA, or similar certification a plus but not required
