Weekend Home Health Visits Registered Nurse

About the role

BAYADA Home Health has an immediate opening for a Weekend RN, Registered Nurse to perform home health visits for the office in Hyannis, MA, serving adult and geriatric patients in Hyannis, Yarmouth, Orleans, and surrounding towns. The role supports BAYADA’s mission to help people of all ages have a safe home life with comfort, independence, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a touch pad tablet

Requirements

• One year recent prior clinical experience as a licensed RN
• Previous Home Health experience preferred
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program

Pay

• $7,500 sign‑on bonus
• Base pay: $58.00 – $65.00 per point depending on qualifications, plus weekend differential
