Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

Deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes, creating individualized care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families and supporting recovery and independence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes.
• Create and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families about their care and recovery.
• Support patients in achieving independence and recovery.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience.
• Must have RN License within the State of Maryland.
• Must have RN License and Home Care Experience.
• Must have Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.
• Must have Strong computer and technology skills required.
• Must have Current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
