Qualifications

• A valid driver's license and own reliable, insured vehicle
• At least 16 hours per week on a consistent schedule
• Genuine passion for providing compassionate care to seniors
• Strong interpersonal skills and friendly, empathetic demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to role as a trusted caregiver
• Respect for seniors' privacy, dignity, and personal preferences
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• One year of personal or professional caregiving experience
• Ability to push, lift, and pull up to 25 pounds
• Willing to complete background check, driving record check and CORI check
