Experienced Floor Care Technician – Part-Time Join the J&T Commercial Cleaning Services Team! J&T Commercial Cleaning Services, a local, family-owned commercial cleaning company based in Exton, PA, is growing our Floor Division and looking for an experienced, dependable Floor Care Technician to join our team! Responsibilities

• Strip and wax floors
• Top scrub floors
• Buff and burnish floors
• Tile and grout cleaning
• Carpet cleaning
• Epoxy floor installation and cleaning
• Gymnasium floor cleaning and recoating
• Operating commercial floor-care equipment
• Moving equipment and items as needed to complete the job
• Maintaining J&T's high standards for quality and attention to detail

Requirements

• Experienced in commercial floor care
• Dependable and reliable
• Self-motivated and willing to work hard
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
• A positive, can-do team player
• Able to take direction and work independently when needed
• Interested in learning new products, equipment, and techniques
• Comfortable operating larger commercial cleaning machines
• Able to lift and move items as needed
• Available to work occasional weekends
• Has reliable transportation

Pay

Starting pay: $20/hour with experience

Schedule

• Part-time position
• Weekend work - typically starting around 8:00 AM
• You do NOT have to commit to working every weekend
