Weekend Fertility RN Case Manager

About the role

The Weekend Fertility RN Case Manager role is available at Shady Grove Fertility in Sandy Springs, Georgia. The schedule is two weekends per month, consisting of Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with possible fluctuations in end times based on patient volume.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
• Provide patient/couple counseling
• Teach about procedures and how to administer injections
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow-up visits
• Congnorate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families

Requirements

• IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be provided
• Valid RN license
• Experience working with electronic medical records a must
• A high level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
