Weekend/Day Nurse Supervisor
Job Summary
We are seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor to join our skilled nursing team at Warren Barr Buffalo Grove. This position offers opportunities for career advancement and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit
- Provide guidance and education to clinical staff
- Achieve a positive and inclusive facility culture
- Maintain established infection prevention practices
- Adequate staffing for resident needs
Requirements
- Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
- C.P.R. Certification
- Two (2) years of R.N. experience
- Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit is preferable but not required
Qualifications
- Five (5) years of R.N. experience
