Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Operations Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment activity. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless transportation experience by providing real-time updates, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication across all parties involved. The first 2-3 weeks will be standard Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm for training.
