Requirements

• Current Missouri (MO) CNA certification
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Maintain medical records and written documentation ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal, and ethical standards.
• Transport assigned residents to and from appropriate dining areas.
• Feed or assist any resident as needed.
• Make frequent rounds and check on residents.
• Supervise nurse’s aides, ensuring they assist and care for residents appropriately.
• Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary.
• Follow-up to ensure correction of any problems found.
