About the role
We are currently hiring Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about resident care and want to make a real impact as part of a supportive, energetic team. All shifts available – 8-hour and 16-hour options.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene and mobility
- Provide personalized, hands-on care in accordance with care plans
- Promote resident interaction and emotional well-being
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized living environments
- Deliver meal trays and monitor food and fluid intake
- Support the clinical team in day-to-day care and documentation
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in the state of Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent
- COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to receive
