About the role
Oversee day-to-day operations of a clinical interdisciplinary team. Ensure quality and appropriate care delivery and staffing. Act as liaison to resolve patient care issues and communicate with physicians. Supervise, mentor, and train clinical staff in collaboration with other leaders. Support clinical program oversight and ensure compliance with agency goals.
Schedule
Full Time: Friday and Monday in office, Saturday and Sunday work-from-home eligible.
Pay
$85,000 - $90,000, dependent on experience.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing or therapy program; must be a licensed Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist
- 1+ year of Medicare Home Health field experience; experienced field clinicians encouraged to apply
- Strong judgement, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve common goals
