Responsibilities

• Provide essential home care services to post-discharge patients, veterans, and seniors in their homes

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a professional senior care setting
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and driven
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Pass a criminal background check, CPR & First Aid, and TB clearance
• Valid driver's license and excellent communication skills
• Safe, reliable vehicle to transport your client in
