Weekend Caregiver Needed Immediately

Location: San Juan Capistrano, CA

Pay: $18–$21 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Weekends available
• 4–12 hour shifts (day, night, overnight)
• Full-time and part-time hours (20–40 hours per week)
• Flexible scheduling
• Daily pay option through PayActiv
• All travel time between clients and training time are paid

About the role

Homewatch CareGivers is seeking compassionate, experienced caregivers to provide in-home support. We operate 24/7 and offer immediate start opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate ongoing care needs and collaborate with families and care staff
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Meal planning and preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Ambulation and transferring assistance
• Driving clients to appointments and shopping
• Bathing and dressing assistance

Requirements

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience (facility or home-care agency)
• Valid California HCA license
• Completed TB test
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Must pass all background screening

Physical Requirements

• Able to bend, climb, stoop, and stand an average of 5 hours per day
• Able to lift 20–30 pounds
• Able to use tools necessary for the job
