Weekend Caregiver |Janesville | $18–$21/hr

About the Role

Freedom Home Care is seeking caregivers for the Janesville Area who value respect, clear communication, and flexibility. We prioritize matching caregivers with shifts that fit their schedules and provide detailed client information before each assignment.

Available Hours

Position 1: Saturday 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Sunday 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Position 2: Saturday 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Consistent clients with set schedules. Opportunity to pick up additional shifts if desired.

Pay & Perks

• $18–$21 per hour
• Bi-weekly pay
• $200 Retention Bonus
• $250 Referral Bonus
• Mileage reimbursement (when applicable)

Training & Support

• Paid orientation
• Ongoing training and support
• Online pre-employment training (approximately 5 hours, unpaid)

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
• Caregiving experience preferred
