Weekend Caregiver |Janesville | $18–$21/hr

About the Role

Join Freedom Home Care and enjoy a caregiving position that respects your time and commitments. We offer flexible scheduling, clear client details before shifts, and reliable office support. You'll never start a case blind—you'll be introduced to each new client to understand their routine and expectations.

Schedule

• Position 1: Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Sunday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Position 2: Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (consistent clients with set schedules; opportunity to pick up additional shifts if desired)

Pay & Benefits

• $18–$21 per hour
• Bi-weekly pay
• $200 Retention Bonus
• $250 Referral Bonus
• Mileage reimbursement (when applicable)

Training & Support

• Paid orientation
• Ongoing training and support
• Online pre-employment training (approximately 5 hours, unpaid)

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
• Caregiving experience preferred
