Weekend Caregiver | AM, PM & Overnight Shifts | Near Gurnee, IL

About the role

We are Open Arms and Franciscan Care Solutions, an award-winning home care agency serving the Northern Suburbs of Chicagoland, specifically Lindenhurst, IL. We help seniors live their best lives at home and are seeking caring and reliable Caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Aid with mobility and transfers
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Mentor residents with medication reminders

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred
• Experience with dementia, memory care, or assisted living is a plus
• Preferred certifications: CNA, HHA
• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
