About the role

As a Weekend Care Partner at Bear Creek Memory Care, you’ll provide essential care and support to residents living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Your role ensures their comfort and safety during weekend shifts by delivering personalized attention aligned with individualized service plans.

Responsibilities

• Engage in personal care tasks tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Manage light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Observe and report any changes in residents’ conditions to the appropriate department.
• Maintain required certifications and adhere to company, state, and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to uphold our commitment to excellence in care.
