Weekend BAYLOR Registered Nurse, RN, Senior Living Visits

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Weekend Baylor Registered Nurse (Full Time) to provide per‑visit care to adult and geriatric clients throughout Montgomery County. The role requires home health experience and involves working Friday through Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Perform client assessments and provide education to patients and/or families.
• Monitor patients' condition and follow designated care plans.
• Make home visits within assigned geographic territories.
• Administer medication, provide wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Report changes in client condition to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Handle case management and coordination.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch‑pad tablet.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred (not required).
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.

Pay

Competitive weekly base pay ranging from $72 to $82 per point, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiation.

Schedule

Weekend schedule: Friday through Sunday. Flexible scheduling with weekly pay.
