Requirements

The ID Logistics Logistic Team Leader manages their team’s activity and organizes their work to achieve the defined objectives. They are a line manager and are responsible for the quality of the work carried out in compliance with internal processes and the rules of health and safety for goods and people, as well as observing customer specifications.

• Scales the workforce and equipment according to volume forecasts to plan the operation to meet the performance requirements.
• Prioritizes operations according to the constraints observed in the field and provides supervision.
• Maintains regular communication with the customer and coordinates the execution of any specific requirements.
• Knows and applies the health and safety rules and procedures of ID Logistics and in force locally, in their area of responsibility.
• Analyzes equipment checklists and ensures that corrective actions are taken according to defined procedures.
• Anticipates operational problems to propose continuous improvement actions within their scope of responsibility.

Hours

Weekend 1st Shift Friday-Sunday 7am-7:30pm

Salary

$22.33 per hour

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• A-level to 2 years of study in higher education or equivalent through experience
• Training in transport, logistics and management
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a team leadership function
