Responsibilities
- Aid clients with personal care and activities of daily living
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Aid with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Promote client safety, comfort, and independence
- Follow individualized care plans
- Observe and report changes in a client’s condition
- Maintain dependable and professional attendance
- Travel to client homes throughout Irvine and nearby communities
Qualifications
- Active California Home Care Aide registration
- Current tuberculosis clearance
- Minimum of six months of caregiving experience
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
- Weekday and weekend availability
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass all required background screenings
