Weekday Morning And Evening Caregiver

About the Role

Assisting Hands Littleton is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our team for weekday morning and evening opportunities. We currently have clients who need support during the morning hours (approximately 8:00 AM–2:00 PM) as well as evening shifts (beginning around 4:00 PM–9:00 PM). Some opportunities may start as PRN or with limited hours, but as our clients’ needs grow, your schedule can too. Early morning availability with an 8:00 AM or 8:30 AM start is highly desired.

As a private-duty agency, hours are not guaranteed. Current client schedules include shorter shifts ranging from 1–6 hours in length. Weekday morning availability is highly preferred.

Schedule

• Weekday mornings: ~8:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Weekday evenings: ~4:00 PM–9:00 PM
• Shift lengths: 1–6 hours (not guaranteed)
• Potential to grow from PRN/limited hours to part-time or full-time

Responsibilities

• Personal care and daily routines
• Companionship—talking, laughing, and being a friendly face
• Light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Medication reminders and safety support

Most importantly, you’ll be making someone’s day better every single shift.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care or facility)
• High school diploma or GED
• Driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass background and CAPS checks
• Three professional references
• TB test within 30 days of hire
• Kind heart, positive attitude, and dependable nature

Pay

$19–$25/hour (overtime eligible), plus paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.
