Hours: Evenings Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:15p - 6p
Evenings Friday 2p - 6p

Client Specifics: 13 year old with a g-tube
Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights plus Night & Weekend Differentials
