Weekday and Weekend closing Team Member - Highlands Ranch

Job Description

Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.37 / hour

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests
• Provide membership information and facilitate tours
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean
• Membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns
• Avoid billing issues and disputes and escalate to leadership when needed
• Regularly review and complete all training materials and updates in the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions
• Make and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications and maintaining quality standards
• Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings
• Work a PT closing schedule with a combination of nights: closing shifts M-Th 12:30 AM, Fri 10PM and SA & Sun 8:30PM

• Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
• Touring the gym: walking and climbing stairs
• Bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movement
• Standing for long periods
• Computer operations
• Able to lift at least 50lbs
