About The Opportunity A fast-scaling digital transformation consultancy in the SaaS and enterprise web modernization space, we partner with mid-to-large enterprises to rebuild legacy web ecosystems into responsive, scalable, and performance-optimized digital experiences. Our team delivers end-to-end modernization projects—migrating monolithic architectures to component-driven, API-first stacks—while ensuring minimal business disruption and measurable ROI on UX and conversion metrics. Role & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end website modernization projects—from discovery and audit to deployment and post-launch optimization—ensuring alignment with business KPIs and technical best practices.Architect migration strategies for legacy CMS or static sites into modern frameworks (React, Next.js, or Vue) with headless CMS or Jamstack integrations.Collaborate with UX designers, frontend engineers, and DevOps to enforce performance budgets, accessibility standards, and SEO-friendly architecture.Manage technical debt reduction and content migration plans while coordinating with stakeholders across marketing, IT, and compliance teams.Define and track project milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans using Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.Own QA validation, CI/CD pipeline configuration, and post-launch A/B testing to validate performance uplift and user engagement gains.
