Webflow Developer
About the role
This is a hands-on role with high standards for technical and visual quality. Day to day, you will build responsive, interactive Webflow experiences that extend our design systems into production. Collaborate with UI/UX and motion designers to implement detail and animation at a high level. Write clean, maintainable code using GSAP and other interaction libraries. Build and maintain advanced CMS structures, using reusable class systems and clean naming conventions. Integrate third-party services including analytics, forms, and automation tools. QA across browsers and devices before anything ships. Use AI-assisted tools to prototype faster and explore interaction possibilities.
Why This Role Exists
The gap between a Webflow site that feels like a template and one that actually represents a company well comes down entirely to execution: class structure, animation quality, CMS architecture, and the details that only a developer who cares about craft would catch. The founders and teams we work with are building products that deserve digital presences at the same level of quality. This role exists to make that happen.
About Little Plains
Little Plains is a modern brand and product studio. Our work is built in context, alongside design and product, guided by strong points of view and supported by AI-driven systems that make speed and rigor compatible. Strategy only matters if it shows up in the work itself. We work primarily with early-stage companies, often from pre-launch through Series A, at moments where clarity, speed, and conviction matter most. Our partners are founders and small senior teams building new products, categories, and narratives under real constraints. We operate as an embedded creative partner rather than a traditional digital agency, building brand, product, and go-to-market work into cohesive systems that can scale as companies grow. Our work spans healthcare, biotech, SaaS, and consumer products.

How We Work
We build alongside design, not after it. Webflow development happens in parallel with creative work, not as a final handoff. We work in sprints, stay close to Figma and design systems, and expect builds to be production-grade from the start. AI is part of how we build and explore. The technical judgment stays with the developer.
The Bar for Craft
We care about clean code and expressive interaction equally. This role requires advanced Webflow expertise, strong command of interaction libraries like GSAP, and the ability to build experiences that perform under real conditions. The standard here is high.
